It will start rather subtle, perhaps with your shoulders being a little less tense or your back pain subsiding. The bigger changes come without you even realizing it. Things that once seemed challenging to you will be completely forgotten and your other activities will exponentially benefit. You'll start to smile as much as you sweat and you'll become fixated on feeling good in your body. Someone will notice something different about you and it will hit you. You have better posture and appear more confident, you have a strong core and feel grounded, you are more flexible and less tense, you feel more toned in your physique. Mostly though, you find that you love your body for what it can do and any imperfections you felt you had are dimmed in comparison to how good you actually feel. The goal of Pilates is to always leave you feeling empowered in your body.
