Pilates Mat teaches the foundations of the Pilates method. All movements are performed on your mat with the occasional use of small equipment. Mat classes provide a balanced total body workout with emphasis on core strength, breath, spinal mobility, and flow. Benefits include improved posture, strong core, toned muscles, and increased flexibility.

Cardio Jumpboard

Cardio Jumpboard is a group reformer class focused on utilizing the Pilates Jumpboard.  The Pilates Jumpboard is a great tool to work all the muscles of the legs in a cardio setting without putting strain on the joints.  You will spend an hour working up a sweat while you get a killer leg workout fused with core and arm work in-between.  This is our most energized class and we highly recommend dressing in layers!

Pilates Reformer

Pilates Reformer is an hour long workout utilizing one of the most versatile and favorite pieces of equipment.  The Pilates Reformer predominantly uses spring resistance which creates long, toned muscles that are less injury prone and more adaptable.  A perfectly balanced workout that will hit on every area of your body.
